This is a Christmas Palm. The fruit is bright red and the size of damsons.
The bunch on the left are still green while the bunch on the right are ripe which I find interesting.
Here is a house I wouldn't mind living in. We toured the posh houses to see how the other half live.
There were many to choose from but cut the tour short as we had to get ready to go to the historic Cocoa Theatre (built late 1800s) to see Music Man. If you're not familiar with this musical it originally starred Robert Preston and featured the song '76 Trombones'. It was an ambitious production and done well. The woman in charge known as the 'Drama Mama' is quite something-she gives a spiel at the beginning and again during the Interval.
